Opportunity Overview:
A prestigious client-side consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor or Associate Project Surveyor with a solid background in both industrial and commercial sectors.


About the Company:
Our client is a prominent consultancy that collaborates with a major developer and asset manager, specializing in the commercial and industrial domains.


Service Scope:
They offer a comprehensive range of services across the UK, working closely with institutions, financial stakeholders, and occupiers, managing a vast portfolio exceeding (phone number removed) sqft and over 800 tenants.


Role Requirements:
The position involves leading a small team of two chartered project surveyors. The role is hybrid, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to client-side responsibilities and the remaining 20% focused on consultancy.


Geographical Coverage:
The work will span across the UK, providing a diverse mix of dilapidations, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and project-related tasks.


Current Projects:
They are currently overseeing the project monitoring of a 300,000 sqft new build industrial unit on behalf of a FTSE250 company, in addition to managing several dilapidation claims for asset managers and investors.


Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a chartered project surveyor (MRICS) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). A strong commercial background is essential, along with a passion for both aspects of project surveying.
