Project Surveyor and Senior Surveyor roles
CPC is an independent project and cost management consultancy, providing the best technical expertise in delivering infrastructure, property and transformational change projects that are improving people’s lives both at work and at home.
We are in need of a Project Surveyor and a Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Manchester. We work with many great clients such as Your Housing, Great Places, East Midlands Housing, Aspire along with local authorities such as Stoke-on-Trent City Council, primarily in the residential sector. We offer a range of professional services including Project Management, Quantity Surveying and the role of Employer’s Agent where we undertake project viability appraisals, cost estimates, contractor procurement, on-site valuations, meeting management and project close-outs.
Project Surveyor
Our current on-site projects include large schemes in Leigh, Bolton, Hartford, Chorley and Kirkby for Your Housing, in Partington and Central Manchester for Great Places, in Sale West and Trafford Gardens for Irwell Valley, and in Runcorn and Preston for Onward Homes. Your initial role will be to undertake project delivery with on-site valuations, meeting management and project handovers, and you will be based in the office but with regular site visits which will give exposure to real-life project delivery. If you are still working towards professional qualification you will be enrolled onto our outstanding development programme which will provide you with structured learning and support as you work towards professional qualification. All our staff own a share of the company, we hold regular social events, and we provide bonuses where performance merits this.

Experience working as an QS or Senior QS for either a Consultancy / Contractor
Experience within the Residential sector, ideally have experience working on social housing projects (desirable)
Experienced dealing with Pre & Post contract duties
BSc in Quantity Surveying, or another related Construction Degree
