Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Specialist to join our team at Indotronix Avani UK. As a key member of our Production Planning department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust production plans for maintenance inputs, ensuring all necessary resources are allocated and available.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Services Team to ensure deliverable plans are driven to execution, meeting regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Build accurate Man Hour and Hangar Bay plans for review by Management and QA, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Represent Production Planning during internal and external audits, ensuring our processes and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  • Take ownership of department objectives and goals, working closely with the Lead Production Planning Engineer to drive cross-team collaboration and process improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance planning environment, with a strong understanding of production planning principles and practices.
  • Previous experience with the AMOS system and online Boeing documents through myboeingfleet.com.
  • Aircraft Engineering Degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in aviation maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the Production Planning department in internal and external meetings.
