Quality Coordinator Role

Our client, a leading organisation in the UK food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join their Technical Department. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety, quality, and hygiene practices across their UK operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with required standards
  • Inspecting raw materials and finished products
  • Contributing to customer complaints investigations
  • Maintaining databases and calibrating equipment
  • Completing various audits and testing procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training
  • Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry
  • Good level of PC literacy and ability to proficiently use MS Office
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of microbiology and hazards
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
