About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Project Manager to join our expanding Project Management Team. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and supporting the delivery of multiple projects for our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external client requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technical specialists, to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of projects that meet client expectations.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and processes, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 A* - C, including B Grades in Maths and English.
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional and ethical business approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
