Position Overview

Salary: Full-time salary of £23,177 per annum.

Role Responsibilities

As an Evening Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in accessing community resources and activities that cater to their diverse physical and sensory requirements. You will play a crucial role in:

  • Facilitating participation in community activities such as swimming, bowling, and outdoor excursions.
  • Empowering clients to engage meaningfully with their surroundings.
  • Creating and implementing innovative community-based activities.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Confident and capable of thinking on their feet.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about community engagement.
  • Proactive in developing and promoting activities that enhance client experiences.

While experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or those on the autistic spectrum is beneficial, a positive and can-do attitude is paramount.

Working Conditions

Our staff enjoy the advantage of working during standard office hours, primarily Monday to Friday, with some early evening commitments as necessary.
