**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answering enquiries and registering applicants.
* Negotiating sales.
* Organising and conducting viewings.
* Updating vendors regularly.
* Generating new business by calling out or canvassing as required.
* Generating and booking valuations.
* Following up leads and enquiries in agreed time scales.

**Requirements:**

* At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator.
* Full UK Driving License and use of own car.
* A positive proactive approach to sales.
* Good telephone manner.
* Natural sales mentality.
* Strong work ethic.
* Well organised.
