In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with our dedicated care team, residents, families, external agencies, suppliers, and the wider community to deliver high-quality activities aimed at enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Your role will also include creating opportunities for residents to explore new hobbies while nurturing their existing interests.
Position Details:
This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with a structured schedule of 30 hours spread across seven days. Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally adjust your hours to accommodate special events, allowing for a balance between weekday and weekend work.
About You:
Are you someone who thrives in social settings and possesses excellent organizational skills?
A solid understanding of computer systems and internet usage will be advantageous.
You will excel in communication and planning, with a keen attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include designing our annual activity programs, managing budgets, inspiring both the home and community to participate, and sharing the vibrant stories of life within our care environment.
This role is vital to the care and happiness of our residents, making it as significant as any other position within the home.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is £11.90.
