Job Description

A leading law firm with a national presence in the equity release sector is seeking a skilled and driven Senior Conveyancing Manager (Residential Conveyancing Solicitor) to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the technical legal advice program, ensuring compliance with trade standards and SRA regulations.
  • Provide supervision and support to the firm's transactional teams, driving improvements in quality control systems.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure the advice provided is compliant and of the highest quality.
  • Lead and develop a team of solicitors and legal professionals, helping them achieve their career goals and providing coaching and mentoring support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience handling a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Strong expertise in sale, purchase, remortgage, and leasehold matters, including experience with unregistered properties and SDLT requirements.
  • Team management experience, with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
