As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing support and clinical oversight to our contact centres, ensuring that patients receive the most appropriate care pathways.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and oversight to our contact centres, ensuring that patients receive the most appropriate care pathways.
- Work in an autonomous capacity, making decisions and taking actions to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that they are evidence-based and effective.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to share best practices with colleagues.
- Registered Paramedic or Nurse (Adult) with a minimum of two years' post-registration experience in primary care and urgent/emergency care settings.
- Proven track record of clinical experience, with a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage risks and defuse stressful situations, including well-developed personal stress management techniques.
- Experience of mentoring/training junior staff and sharing knowledge and skills.
