Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Public Health Officer (Analyst) to join our growing and forward-thinking Public Health Team at Slough Borough Council.
The successful candidate will work across the public health function, liaising with other areas/departments across the council and external partners.
As a key member of the team, you will report to and support the Public Health Lead for Health Intelligence and Insight, managing a multitude of projects and developing partnerships to expand the work and reach of public health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project development, project monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Lead and support key projects such as the creation and maintenance of dashboards for performance reporting, maintaining Slough's Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) resources, and undertaking ad-hoc public health requests.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve public health outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address public health needs and priorities.
