About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Health Visitor Specialist to join our team in Slough Child and Family Wellbeing Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health visiting services to children and families in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of health visitors to deliver the Healthy Child Programme and improve health outcomes for children and families.
- Develop and implement effective interventions to address health inequalities and promote health and wellbeing in the community.
- Work closely with other agencies and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve shared goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on health visiting practices and policies.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Requirements
- Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification.
- Current NMC registration on the third part of the register.
- Experience in leading and managing health visiting teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective interventions to improve health outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other agencies and partners to achieve shared goals.
