We are seeking a skilled Learning Consultant to collaborate with our team and a Local Authority in Exeter on a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing software training content and working with code version control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Momentum Partnership team and expert developers to design and develop training materials.
  • Transfer training material content from various resource formats to a standardized online content platform, ensuring a coherent storyline, effective, accessible, and inclusive content.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to review and ensure the suitability of training content for release.
  • Ensure adherence to training design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Proactively interact with end-users to provide and improve content for use in training materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing software training content suitable for delivery to end-users.
  • Proficiency in code version control systems, particularly Git, with experience in branching, merging, and handling pull requests.
  • Evidence of cross-team collaboration and team working.

  • The successful candidate should be available to start immediately or at short notice.
  • The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
