Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to NMC standards and guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and pin number
  • Experience working in a hospital or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Right to work in the UK
