Join Our Team as a Senior Product Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Quality Engineer to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving manufacturing technical problems.
  • Make informed decisions regarding the disposition of borderline cosmetic quality issues, ensuring minimal cost of quality.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement teams to drive quality improvement and waste reduction.
  • Ensure that quality standards are maintained and reflect customer expectations.
  • Support internal and customer audits, and implement resulting action plans.
  • Develop and maintain specifications for designated product groups.
  • Manage complaint progress and identify key quality issues/trends.
  • Support new product introductions, including trial support.
  • Train and support quality control staff in specific product group needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Proven quality experience and ability to gain support from others.
  • In-depth understanding of designated product groups.
  • Industrial experience in process industries.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and represent the company at customer sites.
