We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Kelly Services. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, driving bottom-line growth and efficiency.
- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to inform commercial decision-making, ensuring data-driven business strategies.
- Operational Budgeting: Take ownership of the operational budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
- Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports across key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Lead project-based work for specific business initiatives, driving results-oriented outcomes.
- Month-End Close: Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Accounting Qualifications: Possess a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Business Partnering Experience: Proven experience in a business partnering capacity, with a strong understanding of financial operations and commercial decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels and departments.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively.
- Candidate Profile: A qualified accountant with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced business environment, with a passion for driving business growth and profitability.
