Job Title: Regional Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performance managing your field team, ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development, and appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People management and team leadership
  • Ownership of team performance in delivering agreed objectives
  • Training, coaching, and development
  • Working in partnership with our in-house recruitment team to recruit and retain
  • Commercial insight from the field, providing effective and timely reporting
  • Developing and enacting joint business plans with the Client to deliver results

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background in sales and leadership. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a field-based team, preferably within the independent beauty industry. You will also have experience in a client-facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders.
