About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our European Security Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving marketing programs and campaigns to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital lead generation campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Product Management teams.
  • Create and maintain engaging content for customer-facing websites to drive demand for security products.
  • Assist with social media content creation, monitoring, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Analyze customer intelligence data using Salesforce to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure branding consistency across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate digital marketing events, including webinars and customer events, across the EMEA region.
  • Provide on-hand marketing support for customers and sales teams.
  • Liaise with marketing agencies to support key marketing initiatives.
  • Support product marketing efforts to define product line value propositions.
  • Measure and report performance on all marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to speak other European languages.
