Key Responsibilities
- Customer Success: Work closely with farmers to understand their business goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success with our technology.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, veterinarians, consultants, and bankers, to drive business growth and retention.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of industry professionals, including veterinarians, consultants, and bankers, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive business expansion.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business growth and retention.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including the challenges and opportunities facing farmers and other stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, agriculture, or a related field.
