Brandon James Ltd is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to join their team in Liverpool. As a Clerk of Works, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control construction work to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and identify potential issues.
  • Produce and issue reports to stakeholders, highlighting quality issues and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect properties at various stages of construction to ensure that they meet specification and programme requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Clerk of Works or in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, technologies, regulations, and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office programs.
