Position Overview:
This role involves collaborating closely with the Quality Systems Lead and various cross-functional teams to evaluate, implement, and sustain quality processes and documentation. The individual will spearhead designated Quality transformation initiatives, significantly contributing to the overall effectiveness of our quality management.


Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be tasked with establishing and executing a robust communication and engagement strategy across the segment, as well as leading the human aspect of change management grounded in the ADKAR principles to ensure the anticipated business benefits, project ROI, and employee engagement are achieved.


Additionally, the role is pivotal in enhancing or creating systems for data reporting and analysis, aimed at fostering continuous improvement in our quality culture and performance metrics.


Quality System Deployment:
Support the rollout of the Quality system, which serves as a comprehensive standards library for quality teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the roadmap and deployment strategy.
  • Overseeing training initiatives to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Conducting GAP analysis to pinpoint system deficiencies.
  • Formulating project plans and roadmaps to address identified gaps.
  • Coordinating the integration of data analytics tools to generate heatmaps for individual units.


Training Coordination:
Demonstrate the ability to facilitate training and manage system deployments effectively. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for quality and food safety systems.
  • Exhibiting strong project management capabilities to oversee deployment, training, and system implementation.
