As a Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable at Investigo, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control and accounts receivable functions. This includes building positive relationships with clients, working with team controllers across Europe for sales, and achieving agreed targets to reduce the debtor balance in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the credit control and accounts receivable functions, including chasing due payments and resolving client queries.
  • Develop knowledge required to provide commercial credit recommendations based on payment history, customer performance, insurance levels, and internal risk analysis.
  • Produce and send monthly statements to clients, and build and maintain client relationships as part of the debt management process.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve any issues related to non-payment, and raise and post credits where necessary.
  • Set up customer accounts & terms, and work with the sales team to ensure master data is accurate.
  • Produce monthly reports and present account summaries and issues to management.
  • Contribute to the activities of month-end process, including reports.
