Job Title: Advanced/Deputy Accountable Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our Aseptic Dispensing Unit in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. As an Advanced/Deputy Accountable Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, patient-centred aseptic service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery and development of a high-quality, patient-centred aseptic service
  • Check and release aseptic products
  • Carry out product stability assessments
  • Participate in internal and external audits and service improvement plans

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Completion of the NES post-registration foundation training programme or equivalent knowledge, skills, and behaviours
  • Postgraduate Diploma/MSc or equivalent advanced professional practice knowledge, training, and experience

Working Hours:

20.5 hours worked over a 7-day week. Flexible working arrangements, job share, or alternative hours are welcome.
