We are seeking an experienced After Sales Administrator to join our team at Allstaff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, warranty renewals, and service contract renewals.
  • Assist with projects as required, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Arrange and book travel arrangements for the team, including flights, hire cars, and parking.
Requirements:
  • Proven administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £24,600 - £27,000 per annum.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
