About the Company: Amtech Electrical is a leading electrical contracting company providing services to various sectors, including commercial and domestic.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, testing, and inspecting electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and test electrical systems in commercial and domestic settings
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical systems are safe and functioning correctly
- Work with construction drawings to plan and execute electrical installations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- 18th Edition certification
- Full Driver's Licence
- Understanding of construction drawings
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid ECS card (or in process of applying)
- 4+ years of electrical experience (City & Guilds/JIB or equivalent)
- Experience in commercial and/or domestic sectors
- Qualifications in testing and inspection (2391 or equivalent) an advantage
- DBS check may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local residence to Camberley, Surrey
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
