Head of Compliance - Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Compliance team and provide strategic oversight, leadership, and advisory support across our UK&I business area. This role is critical in ensuring we maintain compliance with industry and government regulations.

Our Compliance team is based throughout the UK, and travel will be required to attend offices. We offer a full-time, permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior operational management to ensure compliance systems and controls remain effective.

• Provide timely briefings to operational management on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with new requirements.

• Manage assigned projects and contribute to projects as required, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

• Develop and maintain management information to inform the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Management of the assigned business area.

• Ensure the Compliance team utilizes timely and insightful data to inform their understanding of regulatory risks and customer outcomes.

• Lead a Compliance team and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience at senior compliance management level or above.

• Industry-recognized qualifications desirable but not essential, depending on relevant experience.

• Demonstrable experience of setting compliance policies and standards, as well as compliance programs and oversight planning.
