Director of Quality Assurance at graze
In the role of Director of Quality Assurance at graze, you will hold the primary responsibility for guaranteeing the excellence of the products we provide to our clientele. You will collaborate closely with our New Product Development team to uphold the necessary standards and partner with our suppliers to ensure that the quality of materials entering our production facility aligns with our expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in nurturing a culture of excellence and adherence to standards within our manufacturing environment, ensuring that we consistently deliver safe and enjoyable snacks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all facets of Food Safety, including managing the quality management system, HACCP, addressing Non-Conformances, and effectively communicating with stakeholders Foster a Quality First Mindset among operational teams to enhance product quality and consistently surpass food safety standards Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques Lead initiatives to minimize complaints and supervise the execution of improvement strategies Assist in new product development and operational enhancements by collaborating with the innovation team and ensuring technical standards are achievedRequired Qualifications:
Degree in Science, Food Technology/Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience Proven ability in systematic thinking and project management Strong comprehension of Manufacturing and Process Improvement methodologies Exceptional communication and influencing capabilities Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving Familiarity with BRC and industry regulations HACCP Level 3 certificationBenefits:
