Salary: £48,000 to £53,000, plus car allowance

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our integrated facilities management service contract.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the transition and delivery of hard and soft facilities management services for multiple sites.
  2. Ensure continuous, uninterrupted FM service provision to meet customer expectations.
  3. Work with purchasing to onboard incumbent service providers.
  4. Proactively manage continuous improvement in service delivery, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
  5. Attend regular customer project meetings and report on progress.
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies, including Health and Safety, Quality, and HR.
  7. Maintain an in-depth understanding of performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and produce reports for management and customers.
  8. Visit customer operations sites regularly to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  9. Develop and maintain customer relationships within the assigned region and across the account.
  10. Employ FM and industry intelligence to generate ideas for improvement opportunities and prepare business cases for implementation.
  11. Ensure staff have the required competence to undertake their roles and liaise with managers to deliver training and development programs.
Requirements

Essential

  1. Experience in delivery of facilities management services (soft and hard)
  2. Experience of managing operations at multiple sites
  3. History of positive customer engagement
  4. Awareness of commercial mechanisms in Facilities Management outsourcing
  5. Experience in controlling costs and managing budgets
  6. Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
  7. Experience of scoping customer requirements and delivering against standards
  8. Experience of working to and developing operational processes
  9. In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  10. Experience of leading and managing teams and individuals
  11. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Desirable

  1. Experience in the use of FM technologies (CAFM, CMMS etc)
  2. Project management experience
  3. Knowledge of asset registration and asset management principles
  4. Capable of interpreting and accurately and clearly reporting data
