Position Overview:

As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff. Your duties will encompass overseeing essential maintenance and cleaning operations, upholding cleanliness standards, ensuring service efficiency, and adhering to Health and Safety protocols.

Successful Facilities Maintenance Leads will possess a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, experience in regular maintenance tasks, and prior supervisory experience. Collaboration is key, as you will lead the housekeeping team and engage with colleagues and residents, demonstrating compassion and awareness of their needs.
