Junior Lettings Consultant

OTE - £24,000 - Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a driven Junior Estate Agent who will evolve into a Lettings Consultant within our exceptional residential Lettings team.

The Junior Estate Agent / Lettings Consultant position is an entry-level opportunity where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of residential lettings and participate in a leading training and development program.

Key responsibilities of a Junior Estate Agent / Lettings Consultant:

The primary focus of this role is to generate and schedule property valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and facilitate the letting process through to completion.

Skills and qualifications needed to excel as a Junior Estate Agent / Lettings Consultant:

  • Ideally, a background in sales
  • Capable of driving new business in a target-oriented setting
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
