Senior Town Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Town Planner to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our Planning team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business.

About the Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for acting as Planning Lead on projects across a range of markets and sectors. You will be actively involved in bid preparations, tender submissions, and framework responses. You will also take responsibility for project management and delivery, while providing support to junior colleagues and the wider Planning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Planning Lead on projects, providing strategic guidance and direction
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and submit bids, tenders, and framework responses
  • Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues, helping them to develop their skills and expertise
  • Contribute to the development of our Planning team, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
