Salary: £60K + 10% Bonus

Contract: 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Safety Manager to join our team at Net Zero Evolution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address safety concerns

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in safety management, particularly in the renewable energy industry
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • Internal Audit qualification (ISO 45001)
  • Chartered or Certified Member of IOSH
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
