As Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for all related health and safety activities across the business, ensuring relevant quality and legislation standards are met. You will monitor and update company policies and work with other members of staff to make positive and long-term improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience and working knowledge of health and safety standards in industrial engineering, oil and gas, energy, construction, or similar industry experience.
