About the Role:
The Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Background in health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Experience working in a similar engineering role.
- Experience with COSHH/RIDDOR or SEPA.
- Experience with risk management and internal/external audits.
