We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Digital Cinema Media. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing sales support to our Agency Executives, Managers, and Business Directors to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop in-depth knowledge of film products, future releases, and buying routes to provide expert advice to our clients.
- Prepare and cost up bespoke sales pitches to showcase our offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Responsible for accurate setup of campaigns and reporting, monitoring live campaign delivery, and post-campaign analysis to ensure optimal results.
- Provide weekly reporting on admissions to agency contacts and screen lists to agency contacts to maintain strong relationships.
- Organize and attend cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops, and meetings with agencies to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Foster good working relationships with relevant agency personnel to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Gain a good understanding and working knowledge of cinema trading parameters and marketplace to provide expert advice to our clients.
- Monitor trade press, national press, and online bulletins for sales ideas and industry information to stay ahead of the competition.
- Undertake projects and other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team's goals and objectives.
- Create category and market updates to be used across the sales team to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Be able to demonstrate analytical and numerical skills to provide expert advice to our clients.
- Have first-rate communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Be a confident user of technology to efficiently manage campaigns and reporting.
- Have an interest in/knowledge of the world of media and advertising to provide expert advice to our clients.
- Be able to demonstrate their ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Be committed to good time management and have meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Be outgoing and enjoy working in a team to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Be confident, enthusiastic, and ambitious to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
