We are working with a leading M&E Contractor who has experienced rapid growth over the past few years. The company is looking to continue this expansion by adding the right people to the business.

The company undertakes projects in the retail and commercial sectors and is currently recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for their projects in the region. The company is seeking a permanent contract.

  • Previous experience as a charge hand or supervisor
  • Fully qualified 18th Edition electrician
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication
  • Good timekeeping and teamwork
  • Willingness to work away from home (majority of work will be in the region)
  • SMSTS/SSSTS certification

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor and experience in the building services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical teams on site
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
  • Develop and implement electrical systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and locations
