Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in delivering large electrical projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to work effectively with both hand and power tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  2. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.
  4. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for using hand tools and power tools.
  5. Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute electrical projects within specified timelines.
  6. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
  7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on site.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role within the electrical field.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
  3. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.
  4. Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical engineering or a related field are preferred.
