Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team at rmg digital, a global software company. This role will play a crucial part in building a comprehensive design system that will shape the future of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze quantitative data from various sources, including support tickets, user success metrics, NPS surveys, and in-product feedback.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful narratives that guide design decisions, using your ability to theme and interpret data to drive the direction of UX research.
  • Apply sentiment analysis techniques to understand user emotions and behaviors, helping to surface deep insights from the data.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively integrated into qualitative research efforts, supporting evidence-based design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pulling and analyzing quantitative data within a UX framework.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Qualtrics and Pendo is a plus.
  • Ability to theme, analyze, and present data in a way that drives impactful UX decisions.
  • An understanding of how UX research informs product development and design strategies.
  • Experience working within a global software company is a plus.

About the Role:

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quantitative data and be able to work closely with UX teams to drive design decisions.
