About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in space management and project management, with experience in developing feasibility documentation and compiling business cases associated with space demands. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement space management strategies and policies to optimize space utilization and allocation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop feasibility documentation and compile business cases associated with space demands
  • Work with project delivery teams to ensure effective transition from feasibility to delivery
  • Provide professional, technical, and strategic advice to senior management on space management and optimization
