Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Fracture Clinic at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with orthopaedic conditions, including fracture management and wound care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
  • Experience in orthopaedic nursing, preferably in a fracture clinic setting.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of orthopaedic conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
