Job Title: Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the residents' holistic needs are met. You will create a supportive and safe environment, using your professional judgment to make critical decisions regarding care plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement tailored care plans for residents.
  • Ensure safe administration of medication and accurate record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
