As a Client Delivery Advocate at iCapital, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely financial information. You'll be responsible for analyzing portfolio performance, reconciling accounts, and consolidating data from various sources. Your expertise in financial reporting tools and your dedication to client satisfaction will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Data Aggregation: Analyze portfolio performance results and generate comprehensive reports for clients.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct meticulous account-level reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Consolidation & Analysis: Consolidate financial data from multiple custodians and sources, ensuring its integrity and consistency.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues effectively.
- System Maintenance & Configuration: Maintain and configure software systems, including new client setup, financial account management, and data feed optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a basic understanding of database concepts.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and performance reporting methodologies.
