Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts on multiple sites, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, representatives, and members of the public.
  • Identify potential problems, mitigate their effects, and establish cause of delay and instigate recovery plan or extension of time notice.
  • Produce contract programs to deadline and ensure compliance by Site Management during the works.
  • Ensure contracts are completed efficiently, orderly, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in construction or engineering discipline.
  • Site experience and construction knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Pro-active and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
