Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Mentor to support the emotional well-being of our primary school students in Sutton.

Key Responsibilities
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting the emotional well-being of our students. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualised support to students to help them manage their emotions and develop positive relationships with peers and staff.
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Supporting students in developing self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-motivation skills.
  • Collaborating with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for students.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
