Anchor is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper (Residential) to join our team at St Marys in Ipswich. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the home, including resident rooms, communal spaces, and facilities.
- Ensure that all cleaning products are used effectively and safely, following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or care role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
