Static Facilities Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Static Facilities Services Engineer to join our team at Haymarket Gate, Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and comfortable working environment for our customers by performing planned and reactive maintenance, attending site meetings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance and engineering work on HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems.
  • Respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and complete all required maintenance on time.
  • Complete all planned maintenance and promptly respond to any reactive issues.
  • Assist with building fabric maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Completed Apprenticeship and trade qualifications in a relevant technical field (Electrical Bias preferred).
  • Familiarity with large mechanical and electrical systems, including: HVAC, UPS, LTHW & Chilled Water Systems.
  • Legionella control (L8) and building statutory requirements.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience in planned maintenance.
  • Health & Safety training and qualifications.
