As a Care Support Specialist with Leonard Cheshire Support at Home, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team. Each day presents unique challenges and opportunities, including:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Supporting individuals in their residences and within the community to promote independent living.
- Implementing our Person-Centered approach, fostering maximum independence for our clients and aiding them in achieving their personal goals.

To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- The capacity to work flexibly and creatively with clients and their families.
- Preferably some experience in personal care (though this is not essential).

- Flexibility to work within scheduled hours and willingness to participate in an on-call rota if necessary.
