Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Participate in social activities and events to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and support
