Candidate Profile:

Analytical Thinker: Thrives in dynamic environments.
* Academic Qualifications: Degree from a globally recognized institution, achieving a 2.1 or higher in engineering, physics, mathematics, computing, natural sciences, or a related discipline. Flexibility regarding the specific field of study is available.
* Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in a DevOps or Reliability Operations capacity within a software organization, with practical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.

Technical Expertise:
o In-depth knowledge of operating systems and IT infrastructure.
o Skilled in utilizing alerting and monitoring software applications.
o Experience with automation, open-source technologies, and AWS (Amazon Web Services).
o Familiarity with web-based software applications and Elasticsearch.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, maintaining composure during high-pressure situations.
* Relocation: Openness to relocating to the Cambridge area if not currently residing nearby.
