About the Role
As a Programme Development Officer - Activity Centre, you will play a key role in developing existing and new programmes, striving for excellence in all we do. You will work closely with our team to create and deliver innovative and engaging outdoor adventure experiences that meet the needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new programme ideas and initiatives that align with our organisational goals and objectives
- Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality programme services that meet the needs of our community
- Contribute to the development of our programme strategy and business plan
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to promote our programmes and services
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance and make recommendations for improvement
